BancLease Modifications

The application has a Windows-based look and feel. It allows the user to access their Windows desktop without exiting the application.

The “Skip Lease” option has been eliminated.

Two new “State Lease Forms” have been created.

The fields for Total Equipment Cost, Equip. & Initial Direct Cost, Payment, Periodic Yield, Yearly Yield, and Discount Amount will now be populated when a new lease is generated.

These fields can be populated for an existing lease from a previous version of BancLease by recalling it, recalculating, and then saving. When the lease is recalled, the fields will be populated.

The “Calculate Life Insurance” button has been eliminated from the Flex Lease screen.

The Origination Fee and Dealer Commission fields have been combined into one field called “Fees Financed”.

The following fields have been eliminated from the Standard Lease screen: 7 Year Equipment Cost, Life Insurance Cost, Number of Skip Payments, Number of Payments to 1 st Skip, Other Insurance Cost, and Deposit/Interest Earned.

The “Calculate Life Insurance” button has been eliminated from the Standard Lease screen.

A new button has been added to the Standard Lease screen for “Show Amortization Schedule”.

A new field called “Factor” has been added to the Standard Lease screen. It is calculated by dividing the Payment by the Total Equipment Cost.

The user may choose to superimpose the word “Copy” as a watermark on reports they select. This is accomplished by clicking in the “Print Copy” check box during the report selection process.

The Printer Setup option has been modified so the user does not change their Windows default printer if they select a different printer for a print job.
